Users are not able to access Keka Home Dashboard due to overflooding redundant requests made to the server. This made the dedicated application instance meant to serve dashboard request collapse and gave an overall degraded experience to the end user. We have mitigated the issue at our end and updated the affected areas. The same has been rolled out to the clients and end users won't face any issues while accessing Keka App. We'll be monitoring our application for any such similar segments to prevent such issues in the future.
