During the Peak Morning Hours, we observed a continuous stream of Forbidden Access response being sent back from one of our server instance dedicated for catering to file handling requests. This happened due to a resource intensive operation performed on our server which choked the subsequent requests and brought in the aforementioned issue. We have reinstated the affected services and its related instances. The issue has been mitigated and all the file operations are offloaded to a separate background service. With this in place, application accessibility and performance will remain unaffected when such requests are under progress. We regret the issues caused during this service outage.
