This is resolved. Application is running fine and all segments are completely accessible without any glitch or issue. We regret the inconvenience caused during this period of outage and actively working on keeping the necessary checks in place to prevent this from happening in the future.

Issues in o356 Login

End users are facing issues while logging in to application through o365. Our team has reinstated the affected service to resolve the accessibility issues and currently monitoring the application. We'll keep you posted with further updates (if any).
Issue in HR Portal Dashboard

Keka HR dashboard became inaccessible due to an intermittent server level configuration failure. Our team has identified the glitch and reinstated the affected services. We have added all the necessary checks in place to prevent this from happening in the future. Please accept our sincere apologies for this service downtime.
