Outage in Payroll Service

Users are not able to access a segment of functionalities related to Payroll Module since 10:30 PM due to some structural changes done on one of the supporting segments during today's production releases. The same is resolved now. We thank you for your patience during this little phase of service degradation.
Issues in Payroll Service

We have observed that one of the dedicated sever instances for Payroll is reporting high request failure recently. We have take the corrective measures to reinstate it and the same is back live and running fine. Now the users are able to access the segments related to payroll without any issue. We regret the inconvenience caused during this brief period of performance downtime.
Partial Service outage in Payroll Service

Users are facing difficulties while accessing tabs related to Payroll Module due to an intermittent issue in Employee Payslips Revamp which is bringing the Payroll Backend down when the server is bombarded with some malformed API requests. We have reinstated the services and currently working on rolling out a permanent fix to this issue. We regret the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience over this brief period of service degradation.
Leaves Service is down

Users are not able to access tabs related to Leaves Module. This happened due to an intermittent issue related to memory leak at our infra level servers due to which all incoming requests started to fail. We identified and rolled out the fix as soon as the incident was reported. Users are now able to access the affected sections related to Leaves without any issue. We regret the inconvenience caused during these brief period of performance degradation.
API Requests related to Core API are failing

We identified a request choke in our Core API service. We have reinstated the affected segments and the degraded sections of application are working fine. We thank your for your patience along the way during this outage.
Intermitted Loading Issues while accessing Keka Application

We experienced a surge in incoming requests during peak morning traffic due to which a set of instances dedicated to serve a major segment of application got affected. We have reinstated the degraded services and the end user will not face any issues while accessing Keka App. Inconvenience caused while accessing Keka App is deeply regretted.

Users are not able to access Keka Home Dashboard due to overflooding redundant requests made to the server. This made the dedicated application instance meant to serve dashboard request collapse and gave an overall degraded experience to the end user. We have mitigated the issue at our end and updated the affected areas. Issue with Dashboard API

Dashboard API designated to handle the requests pertaining to Home Dashboard went down and since it acts as the landing page of the Keka HR App, newly logged-in users faced accessibility issues. Users who are already logged in to our application are able to access other modules without any lag or delay. We have restored the configuration which works well with the application load we experience here in Keka and all our services are up and running again.
