Keka HR dashboard became inaccessible due to an intermittent server level configuration failure. Our team has identified the glitch and reinstated the affected services. Loading Issues in Payroll Module

Users are facing accessibility issues in Payroll Module. We have investigated and identified a recurring polling call which is bringing down the dedicated backend for Payroll. The services have been reinstated and the fix for the service disruption will be rolled out soon in order to prevent such occurrence in the future. We have identified some intermittent loading issues across PMS and Payroll Modules. All the affected servers have been reinstated and the application accessibility is restored. Users Facing Forbidden Access Error

During the Peak Morning Hours, we observed a continuous stream of Forbidden Access response being sent back from one of our server instance dedicated for catering to file handling requests. This happened due to a resource intensive operation performed on our server which choked the subsequent requests and brought in the aforementioned issue.
